‘Energia vem Delas’ promoveu um diálogo sobre inclusão e o papel das mulheres na transição energética
O evento ‘A Energia vem Delas’, realizado no dia 22 de outubro, reuniu mais de 120 participantes no Rio de Janeiro, destacando o papel crucial das mulheres na indústria de energia. Promovido pela Amcham – Câmara Americana de Comércio para o Brasil, em parceria com a Innospec, o evento teve como objetivo celebrar as conquistas femininas e promover a diversidade de gênero no setor.
O evento não apenas destacou as principais barreiras enfrentadas por mulheres nesse mercado, mas também proporcionou um espaço para a troca de ideias sobre como as instituições estão abordando os temas de inovação tecnológica e transição energética.
A apresentação do painel “Mulheres na Transformação Energética: Desafios e Oportunidades” trouxe à tona competências essenciais para a promoção da transição energética, com o objetivo de conceder um espaço para um diálogo de inclusão e responsabilidade social. A presidente da divisão de Fuel Specialties da Innospec, Vali Jerome, compartilhou suas perspectivas para o setor, ressaltando a importância da diversidade na liderança: “Com a realização deste evento tivemos a oportunidade de ouvir mulheres que estão moldando o futuro da energia, que enfrentaram desafios complexos com assertividade, criatividade e determinação”
Além de Vali Jerome, o painel contou com a participação de líderes influentes como Michelle Carvalho (Petrobras/REDUC), Anita Baggio (Vibra) e Margareth Carvalho (Infineum), sendo moderado pela apresentadora e jornalista Adriana Colin. As participantes compartilharam experiências pessoais e os desafios que enfrentaram para alcançar posições de liderança, servindo como exemplos inspiradores para as próximas gerações e destacando como a diversidade tem gerado resultados positivos nas empresas.
“Compartilhamos uma causa nobre, pois a liderança feminina é transformadora e essencial em todas às áreas. Suas experiências são vitais para o avanço de um setor que busca inovação e sustentabilidade. Agradecemos a todos que participaram e contribuíram para este importante debate. Juntos, seguimos em direção a um setor mais inclusivo e sustentável”, completa Vali Jerome.
O segundo painel, “Inovação e Tecnologia na Transição Energética”, promoveu uma reflexão sobre como inovação, ciência e sustentabilidade se interconectam. Com a presença de Heloisa Esteves (EPE), Symone Araújo (ANP), Sylvie D’Apote (IBP) e Viviana Coelho (Petrobras), e moderação de Renata Isfer (ABIOGÁS), a discussão abordou as principais novas atribuições das empresas diante de iniciativas recentes e como as organizações podem melhorar para atrair mais mulheres e diversidade nas áreas de energia e tecnologia.
